  • How do I place an order?

    It’s easy, just follow these steps.

    • Use our PRODUCTS link to browse through our categories; CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES.
    • When you have selected your desired item, you can choose your size and then add it to your bag.
    • You can review your chosen items in your SHOPPING BAG.
    • When your order is complete you can check out by login in or proceeding as a guest.
    • If we have your address, contact information and payment method, your order will be completed.
    • You will receive an email to confirm your purchase.

  • Can I return items at the shops?

    Return in the shop is not allowed. Our web shop is a separate entity and therefore our shops cannot accept any online returns.

  • Can I order outside the EU-countries?

    For shipments outside the EU-countries, please contact us.

  • What do I have to do to return an item?

    • We only accept unworn and undamaged items. All tags have to be attached when returned.
    • Accessories and shoes have to returned in the original boxes and dust bags.
    • If there is a security tag placed on the item, it must be returned with this tag on its original position.

    If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return.

    What is the return process?

    You can return items up to 14 days after your purchase/delivery. This service has a charge of €10.

    You just need to pack your returns carefully, seal the box and attach the return label on a visible place.

    If you pay by debit card or PayPal, we will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.
